Shipping and handling costs will be charged according to the country where you are located and according to the value of your order.

Europe

• For orders under 80 €, a fixed rate of 15 € plus a shipping and handling fee of 13 € will be charged,
• For orders from 80 € to 200 €, a shipping and handling fee of 13 € will be charged,
• For orders from 200 € to 400 €, a shipping and handling fee of 15 € will be charged,
• For orders from 400 € to 1200 €, a shipping and handling fee of 25 € will be charged,
• For orders over 1200 € : free packing and shipping

Countries outside the Eurozone

• For orders under 80 €, a fixed rate of 15€ plus a shipping and handling fee of 25 € will be charged,
• For orders from 80 € to 200€, a shipping and handling fee of 25 € will be charged,
• For orders from 200 € to 400€, a shipping and handling fee of 35 € will be charged,
• For orders from 400 € to 1200€, a shipping and handling fee of 45 € will be charged,
• For orders over 1200 € : free packing and shipping

United States, Canada and Japan

• For all orders  a fixed rate of $ 65 will be charged,

For voluminous orders like nativity sets, statues, stations of the cross, candlesticks and furniture we will charge the shipping and packing cost extra.  The extra charge will be specified in the description of the article during the ordering process.

Payment: Only with creditcard and Paypal.

Delivery : Our delivery time varies between 4/5 days when the ordered item is in stock and 3 to 6 weeks when the item needs to be produced. In this case you will receive a confirmation of the delivery delay within 72 hours.

Return policy : Any undamaged product can be returned for full credit within 14 days. Shipping and handling charges and custom duties will not be refunded.
